Finding Investors

Finding investors might be a hard task if you have no required knowledge for that. Most probably you are looking some business investors or angel investors that would invest in to your business. And the success of this process mostly depends on your business potential. If it is very small, then probably you won’t find any investor that would give you money for investments without taking a control of the business or your business has to be extremely promising, because small business investors are risking their capital very strongly.

Try to look from point of investor. Every investor wants mainly two things: high return and low risk. Of course, risk is inevitable for private equity investor but the risk is even higher when business is small and investor cannot influence the management.

Such investors may ask for additional conditions that would be completed after few years. Such conditions may include selling of additional stake, getting over the control if results aren’t achieved, buy stocks back, IPO or similar.
