Limited Liability Company

 

A limited liability company (LLC) is a business form that has the same advantage like corporations have: a limited liability. Owners of LLC risk only their capital that was invested in company. Limited liability company has less rights that a corporation, but requires less capital investments and is very practical for small businesses.
