Investment DictionaryValue Penny Stocks
Value penny stocks are stocks that have characteristics of both: value stock and penny stock. Investment in value penny stocks isn’t very popular, because stock investors who seek for safety invest in normal value stocks, and investors who seek risky investments with rocketing in price potential are investing in penny stocks.
Penny stocks and value stocks aren’t bad combination. If we consider penny stocks as a small cap stocks then those are riskier that regular mid cap or large cap stocks, but if penny stocks have attributes of value stocks that makes them safer. Such penny stocks should have high dividend yield, stable cash flow and high profitability. That would separate them from other small cap stocks that can be very risky investments and can lose their value totally during some bear market or strong stock market crash. | ![]() Recommended Topics Investment psychology gains momentum in contemporary business world Balance Sheet Most Popular Articles Investing in Gold (I) Investing in Gold (II) Investing in Uncertain Period
