    Investment in Your Life

    There are two complicated and least controllable things in your life. Those are investment and life. This sounds really strange, but we will come to this. 

     

    It this article I won’t talk about the mechanics of investing and finance engineering. Just pure investment philosophy over life. And also is over age. The goal of every investment is to create more wealth or in other words that money would create money. That is very reasonable of course, and if you have enough of capital you may not work because the capital works for you and you may enjoy the benefits of it. 

     

    Of course it does not that everyone who is investing are expecting to get early retirement, because it requires a lot of effort, success and will power. But invested capital can provide you always a partial financial freedom. If you will have serious funds at you investment account you will feel quiet secure, you will be able to take riskier decisions and that will bring you more success eventually. If you will disagree that riskier decisions will bring more success you think of your known persons. Best if you know some rich and successful persons. Do you know anyone rich and successful who is not taking risky decisions? I very doubt that.

     

    Such is true. And if you think that investing is only for the riches, you also are thinking mistakenly. Investments may be started from small amounts and long term investing even with small inputs will bring nice results. 

     

    The simple answers why do you need investing in your life: 

     

     

    • It gives you a freedom. Freedom is the key of life and nothing can be more important than this. People have been scarifying their life over ages for the freedom and it means it was worth it. Now people don’t control their lives anymore because they are just doing what they have to do. Most of the people are condemned to the boring life routine than investing and free life. Of course that freedom may be provided by money and investing is the best way to accumulate that wealth over time and get control of the life back. 
    • You don’t pay interests for large acquisitions. Whenever you need to buy some larger asset as a house or a car and you don’t have enough of money for this, you usually take a loan, as a mortgage or leasing, but be sure that you are paying interests for that. Nothing for free…
    • It gives you safety. You got this life unexpectedly and you will go from this life unexpectedly and life is in this way by itself. But investing still provides some safety for you. For example if you will get in health trouble that requires a lot of cash and you will lose your working capacity, you can be saved only your investment capital, otherwise you will get in a serious trouble and financial problems will be more actual than ever. 

     

     

    Of course every person is different and I won’t say that every person should invest and be active investor. The true is that there are many types of characters and not every character is suit for investing. For some people it would be just a pure suffering. And the life is too short for that. Test how your character meets investing.
